MEP Design Engineer I

The MEP Design Engineer I is an entry-level position responsible for supporting the design and development of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for various building construction projects. This role focuses on learning and applying fundamental engineering principles under direct supervision, contributing to design tasks, and ensuring compliance with basic codes and standards.

The MEP Design Engineer II is an intermediatelevel position responsible for independently performing and managing aspects of MEP system design for building construction projects. This role involves applying established engineering principles, making design decisions with guidance, coordinating with various disciplines, and ensuring compliance with codes while contributing to project success.

The MEP Design Engineer III is a senior-level position responsible for leading the design and engineering of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for building construction projects. This role involves significant independent decision-making, mentoring junior engineers, coordinating extensive project details, ensuring high-quality design deliverables, and contributing to client satisfaction.

The Construction Administrator serves as the crucial liaison between the MEP design team and the construction professionals during the construction phase of projects. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of MEP designs on-site by bridging knowledge gaps, managing scope changes, and resolving unforeseen commercial and technical challenges that arise during construction.
