The full service meat market and butcher shop located at the Fishers District, Fishers, IN provides a complete line of meat along with other items. This project provided some unique items such as the butcher areas are walk-in coolers. Also, with the extreme height of the ceiling keeping the ambient temperature with range had to be accounted for so that the holding cases would not start to warm.
