This 3-story shell building was designed for a Chipotle located on the first floor and two (2) stories of office space. RTU’s where installed on the roof to service the second and third floors. We installed two (2) electrical services to the building, an 800 amp service for house and office space along with a 400 amp service for Chipotle.
